A home base for tournament families
Barefoot Paradise is a three-bedroom, two-bath vacation home for up to eight registered guests on the west end of Panama City Beach. If your family is playing at Frank Brown Park, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and separate living space can make the days between games easier.
Early games, wet uniforms, weather delays and changing field assignments are all part of a tournament trip. Staying together gives families a place to eat breakfast, wash uniforms and take a break before heading back to the park.
Getting to Frank Brown Park
Barefoot Paradise is at 218 Sundial Street, Panama City Beach. Frank Brown Park is at 16200 Panama City Beach Parkway. Use the City’s Frank Brown Park page for directions and facility information, then confirm your assigned field and entrance with your tournament organizer.
Plan to drive to the ballfields and allow extra time for traffic, parking and walking to your field. The house’s golf cart is for approved local trips; use your regular vehicle for the park.
Check your team’s actual schedule before reserving. Confirm whether games are at Frank Brown Park, Publix Sports Park or another venue, along with your first possible game and final possible game. A tournament’s city name alone does not tell you which complex your team will use.
Room to settle in between games
- Three bedrooms and two bathrooms: space for a family or a small group, within the eight-guest limit.
- Sleeping options: the current booking page lists one king bed, two queen beds and one bunk bed. Review the bedroom photos and layout before deciding how your group will share the rooms.
- A full kitchen: prepare breakfast before an early game and keep drinks and snacks ready.
- A washer and dryer: wash uniforms and towels during your stay.
- On-site parking: confirm the permitted number and size of vehicles with Emerald Beach Rentals before booking.
- A private hot tub and outdoor space: somewhere to relax when the day’s games are over.
Bringing your dog or planning a beach break?

Before you reserve your tournament stay
- Confirm the venue, arrival requirements and full range of possible game dates.
- Count every adult and child toward the eight-guest maximum. The house is not suitable for an entire team gathering.
- Check sleeping arrangements, vehicle limits and any pet requirements for your group.
- Review minimum stays, total charges and cancellation terms, including what happens if the tournament changes or is canceled.
